Lisa Fleming is a dedicated educator and coach originally from Southern California. She has both a bachelors and a master's degree in education. With a wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated over 17 years, Lisa has made a significant impact in both elementary and junior high classrooms. Her passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development led her to explore opportunities beyond traditional teaching roles.

In 2017, Lisa embarked on a new chapter in her career at OGA, initially joining as a part-time recreational coach. Over time she transitioned to a full-time role. In her expanded capacity, Lisa took on responsibilities within the Xcel and Recreational programs, where she excelled in guiding and inspiring young athletes. In 2023 Lisa was promoted to the Director of Recreation for the South Campus. In this pivotal role, she oversees the development and implementation of recreational programs, ensuring that every participant receives the highest quality of instruction and support.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa finds joy and fulfillment in her personal life. She has been happily married for 21 years and is the proud mother of five amazing children. Lisa Fleming continues to inspire and empower others through her passion for education, coaching, and leadership.
