KinderGym provides gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months through 5 years of age. After 5 years of age, students will transition over to our recreation classes. We offer classes Monday through Thursday (days and/or evenings) and Saturday mornings under the School-Year Schedule. Children younger than 3 years are our Gym Tots. Gym Tots are accompanied in our Gym Tots classes by their parent.
Parents of KinderGym Kids, ages 3-5, view classes from our climate-controlled lobby. If it is necessary to have a sibling with you, please keep them close to you.
KiDS Body Shop has now moved to this website, run by Omaha Gymnastics Academy! To find classes, look for the programs named KinderGym and Gym Tots under our classes tab!
GYM TOTS
Gym Tots is a class for toddlers (18 to 36 months) who come into our gym with a Parent or Guardian for a fun-filled 40 minutes each week!
KINDERGYM KIDS
Our KinderGym Kids class is aimed at children ages 3-5 years old. Children must be completely potty trained and have celebrated their 3rd birthday to join this class.
KinderGym Kids are introduced to gymnastics each week during their 1 hour class.
