USAG Junior Olympic Girls Team

OGA USA Junior Olympic Girls Team is composed of Level 3 through Level 10 all-around gymnasts. They compete for honors locally, regionally, and nationally. The Compulsory's (level 3, 4 and 5) season takes place during the fall. The Optional's (level 6-10) season takes place in the winter months. Check out their long list of laurels, and come see them compete next season!

Coach Todd Crouse

Level 6-10 Head Coach & Level 4-5 Assistant Coach

Todd was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He has been coaching in the sport for over 30 years. His gymnastics career began when he was seven years old. He competed in several state, regional and national championships while at the club and high school level. He won numerous individual titles, and was an All-American all four years at Thomas Jefferson High School. He went on to compete as an NCAA Division 1 gymnast for the University of Iowa, and was honored with the Coaches Appreciation Award in 1991. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, Todd was the boys program director and head coach in Council Bluffs for 12 years where he produced 4 NCAA Division 1 athletes. He also worked on his post-graduate degree at the same time as well as working full time as a therapist with teens and pediatrics on a mental health unit.

Todd began coaching at Omega in 2001. He is currently the USA Junior Olympic Program Director for OGA. In his time here he has produced numerous state, regional, individual and team titles. He also helped many gymnasts qualify for State, Regional, Western and National Championships as well as produced several NCAA athletes. Additionally, he is an accredited USA Junior Olympic boys and NCAA men’s judging official.

Coach Kelley Banks Green

Director of Hopes Program

Level 6-10 Assistant Coach

Kelley competed as a level 10 gymnast for several years at the club level. She won the all-around at the level 10 state championships and was named Iowa Gymnast of the Year in 1998. She then went on to compete for four years, on scholarship for The George Washington University in Washington, DC. While at GWU she won 4 Atlantic 10 team titles. She won the floor exercise title at the 1999 Atlantic 10 competition, which led to her being named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference team. She was also named captain during her senior year.

After earning her BA in psychology from GWU, Kelley went on to earn her Masters degree in counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kelley has counseled children, teens and families in a variety of capacities. She has worked in an enhanced treatment group home, provided intensive family preservation services and home-based therapy.

Kelley has been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years at various camps and clubs throughout the country. She has coached gymnasts of all levels, from beginners to level 10 national competitors. Kelley began coaching at OGA (previously Omega) in 2004. Since then she has coached numerous gymnasts to state, regionals, westerns and nationals, as well as producing several NCAA athletes. She also served on the Nebraska USAG board for four years. She currently holds a Level 10 judges rating, and has been asked to judge state meets in Nebraska and South Dakota. Kelley is also a NCAA judging official.  When she is not coaching, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children.
